Dominik Scherm — Full-stack Engineering & ML

I’m a former founder with a background in full-stack engineering and ML, based in San Francisco.

Currently, I’m working on accelerating scientific superintelligence to help cure all diseases and improve the human condition, starting with better drug discovery benchmarks for frontier models.

Previously, I was a Member of Technical Staff at Prime Intellect, where I helped build the RL post-training stack from zero to one. I also contributed to post-training INTELLECT-3, an open 106B-parameter model.

At ReactionLink, we worked with RTL, Germany’s largest private TV broadcaster, to build a voting app that reached over 5 million users.

I started a hacker house in Berlin for ambitious founders and researchers from across Europe. Its alumni have gone on to build two unicorns and counting.

I’ve also organized AI Tinkerers meetups across Europe to connect builders in AI.
