## Biography

I’m a former founder with a background in full-stack engineering and ML, based in San Francisco.

Currently, I’m working on accelerating [scientific superintelligence](https://valenlabs.com) to help cure all diseases and improve the human condition, starting with better drug discovery benchmarks for frontier models.

Previously, I was a Member of Technical Staff at [Prime Intellect](https://www.primeintellect.ai/), where I helped build the RL post-training stack from zero to one. I also contributed to post-training [INTELLECT-3](https://www.primeintellect.ai/blog/intellect-3), an open 106B-parameter model.

At [ReactionLink](https://reactionlink.de), we worked with RTL, Germany’s largest private TV broadcaster, to build a voting app that reached over 5 million users.

I started a [hacker house in Berlin](https://joinaurea.com/) for ambitious founders and researchers from across Europe. Its alumni have gone on to build two unicorns and counting.

I’ve also organized [AI Tinkerers](https://aitinkerers.org/) meetups across Europe to connect builders in AI.
